Listed below are Ohio Valley Region's Garage Rental procedures for the Mid-Ohio DE.

If you rented a garage from us in 2007, we grandfathered your right to the same garage provided the completed form and payment is received by the renewal deadline. The renewal deadline is February 19th, 2008. After that date, the garage will be available to a new renter.

Each garage rental requires full payment, by check, at the time of rental. If there are more requests than garages, then your request is placed on a wait list based upon the postmark date of the request.

To reserve a garage for the OVR DE weekend, complete the form below, mail this form and a check for $175.00, payable to OVR/PCA, to the address shown below. Maximum of 2 cars per garage.

Your garage reservation form is processed after the renewal deadline. If we can meet your request, a confirmation will be sent to you. If we cannot meet your request, you will be notified that you are on a Wait List. If we cannot meet your garage request by the date of the event, your check will be destroyed. If we have deposited your check, we will attempt to mail you a refund within 90 days following the date of the event.
